Shawn Upton - Co-Founder (CEO) With 25 years of experience spanning real estate, finance, sales, business development, and U.S. politics, Shawn excels at finding innovative solutions to complex problems. He is deeply passionate about blockchain and its potential to transform the future of real estate and finance.

Andrej Kovacevic - Co-Founder (CTO) Andrej has 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with the last 3 years focused on cryptocurrency and blockchain projects. He is the founder of a successful marketing agency and multiple finance and technology publications. At HOME3, Andrej leads the technical aspects of company growth and strategy.

Maximillian Bradshaw - Lead Developer A versatile developer with over a decade of programming experience in HTML, Java, C#, Python, and Dart, Maximillian is also the founder of an indie game studio. As lead developer for the HOME3 mobile app and SUITE3 ecosystem, he leverages his technical expertise to break down traditional financial barriers and create accessible real estate investment tools.

Qatar Division

Abdullah Shaat - Vice President (QVP) A process engineer with more than 6 years of experience, Abdullah is also the co-founder of Enavra Qatar, the first bioplastic disposables manufacturer in the MENA region. His entrepreneurial expertise supports HOME3’s strategic growth in the region.

Ahmad Al Hamed - Financial Officer (QFO) Ahmad is a chemical engineer and real estate entrepreneur who owns a property agency in Qatar. He also manages an e-wallet investment portfolio focused on real estate flips. Currently, Ahmad is preparing the launch of a digital real estate marketplace that connects property seekers with real estate professionals.

Marwan El Wahsh - Operations Officer (QOO) A reservoir engineer with expertise in operations, team management, and client relations, Marwan brings strong leadership to HOME3’s regional operations. Multilingual and adaptable, he focuses on ensuring efficient, transparent, and compliant operations aligned with the company’s innovative goals.
